We ship all orders with as minimal packaging as possible. All orders are shipped from our Warehouse in Innsbruck using Österreichische Post. Please allow a processing time of 1-2 business days.

SHIPPING

Current Shipping Rates depend on the total value of your order and your location. We recommend to place all wanted items in your cart and check the calculated Shipping Costs shown before check-out.

 

RETURNS

We do not offer any Returns for Hygiene & Apparel Products.

BUT: Free return shipping if we've sent you the wrong item or size or your product arrived damaged*. Please keep in mind that you have to pay for return shipping if the package is returned because it has not been picked up at the post office.

We currently do not offer exchanges.

*If you need to return an item, simply email us at office@theaerobats.com, tell us your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service will guide you through the quick process. Make sure the items you want to return are unworn, unwashed and neatly folded in the original packaging including all tags for a full refund. Feel free to re-use our packaging to ship your return package. Returns have to be paid by you, so choose drop off your package at your preferred return location. Once we've received the returned items, we will examine them and start your refund process. If you followed the return instructions correctly, the product price and initial shipping costs will be refunded.

Please also bear in mind that shipping goods back and forth generates greenhouse gases that are accelerating climate change. We encourage you to choose your items carefully to avoid unnecessary return shipments.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.theaerobats.com (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site.
